At LinksGuard, we pride ourselves on delivering a professional, transparent, and secure service for all our clients and website visitors.

We take complaints, concerns, and reports of abuse seriously and aim to resolve all matters quickly and fairly.


1. Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Responding promptly to abuse reports or inappropriate use of our systems.

2. How to Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly.

You can reach us by email at hello@linksguard.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint” and include:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Details of your concern or complaint

  • Any relevant dates, times, or supporting information

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days.

If more time is needed, we’ll let you know and explain why.

 


3. Reporting Abuse or Security Issues

We take reports of abuse or cyber-related issues seriously — including:

  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent emails claiming to be from LinksGuard

  • Misuse of our services or systems

  • Security vulnerabilities or potential breaches

  • Inappropriate or illegal activity involving our network or domains

Please report these immediately to abuse@linksguard.co.uk and include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any evidence or screenshots

  • The date, time, and source (if known)

Our cybersecurity team will review and investigate as a priority.

 


4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed by a senior member of the LinksGuard management team.

We’ll aim to complete this review within 5 working days.

If you still remain dissatisfied, you may contact relevant external bodies such as:

  • The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – for data protection concerns

  • Trading Standards – for contractual or service disputes

 


5. Confidentiality

All complaints and abuse reports are handled in confidence.

We only share details where necessary to investigate or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
