Each user has their own secure password vault — a digital “locker” that safely stores and auto-fills login details across all club systems. All passwords are fully encrypted, ensuring that no one (not even us) can view them.
When shared access is needed, such as between club staff or committee members, credentials can be securely shared within the vault — no more writing passwords down or sending them by email.
The built-in password generator automatically creates strong, unique passwords that align with Cyber Essentials requirements and follow the NCSC’s official password management guidance — helping your club maintain good habits and consistent protection.
